According to Tuscaloosa Police, a 17-year-old juvenile and 20-year-old Keerick Deshaun Lark were arrested this morning when officers responded to a call in the 3300 Block of Short 17th St.

A burglar alarm went off around 9:15 am this morning (7/23/13). Upon arrival officers noticed the front window to the residence was partially raised. While officers were going to the rear of the residence they saw one suspect run from behind the residence. Officers were able to take that suspect into custody and then take another suspect into custody who also ran from the residence. Both suspects were transported to the Tuscaloosa Police Department for questioning by Criminal Investigators and Juvenile Investigators. Investigators found probable cause to arrest both suspects for Burglary 3rd Degree.  The owner of the residence was not home during the burglary.

Lark was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree and was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $15,000.00 bond.
