12-Yr-Old Shot By 13-Yr-Old

This is ridiculous, a 12-yr-old was shot on the playground by a 13-yr-old. What is really going on? Where are these children's parents and what are they teaching them?

When I was 12-yrs-old if we got into it with another kid at the playground nobody went and got a gun to shoot someone to settle it.

According to al.com the children in question were on the playground and started joking on each other when the 13-yr-old went and got a gun and shot the 12-yr-old.

Was he not raised any better than that?

It is not all on the children but mostly on the parents who should be teaching them better.
