ALEA State Troopers have arrested two and charged them with one count of leaving the scene of an accident with injuries and three counts of manslaughter Monday after a toddler and two adults died and nine people suffered injuries in a crash during a street race Saturday evening.

Clyde Lawson, 27 of Harvest and Maurice Devonte Wedgeworth, 22 of Eutaw are being held without bond in the Greene County Jail.

According to Trooper Reginald King the crash happened on County Road 231 near Eutaw at 5:30 p.m. All three of the victims were from Eutaw. The victims are 3-year-old Jhayded Pippen, 22-year-old Jalesa Merritt and 30-year-old Rodney Hutton
