2 Year Old Kills Woman In Walmart

A woman was killed after the toddler reached into her purse and accidentally discharged her handgun while they were shopping. It was believed the woman was shopping with three other children, and that they were in town visiting for the holidays.

This is a sad situation but my thing is...why do you need a concealed weapon while shopping at Walmart with kids?
