2015’s First Dumb A$$ Criminal

A New year is upon us and I found the first "Dumb A$$' Criminal of the year.

A man was standing in line at a Kmart store when two police officers walked in.

The man became nervous and started acting suspiciously trying to give a small package to person in line behind him.

When the person refuse to take the package he immediately dropped it on the floor and tried to hide it as he paid for his items in line.

Police were already looking to see why he was acting so nervous when they read his t-shirt that said,' I Have Drugs'.

Later following his arrest it was found he possessed marijuana and methamphetamine.

First...Why would you wear a shirt like that out in public? And second...If you did wear that shirt, why would you actually have drugs on you in line at a Kmart?

Simply another case of a 'Dumb A$$' criminal.
