Pantsless Man Arrested in City Park

Right now, even those that didn't make New Year's Resolutions are on missions to be "fine for summer." Some are hitting the gym while others are running along roadways and in parks. However, running in the park may not seem like such a good idea after reading this.

Police arrested a man in Mountain Brook after responding to a call of a suspicious man watching people in the park. Turns out he was wearing no pants or underwear and had a towel.
