23 Year Old Murder Suspect Turns Himself In

23 year old Anton Tecory Grant Oden turned himself in at 10:55 a.m. to the Jefferson County Jail. He was charged with attempted murder and murder in connection to a deadly shootout at an apartment complex in Birmingham last month.

Oden was released from jail at 12:53 after posting a $60,000 bond.

According to Birmingham homicide Sgt. Jerry Williams he is charged with murder in the December 27, death of 22 year old Eric Nicholaus Walton who was involved in a shootout that Sunday night that wounded two other people.
