Mickey J enjoying Steak N Shake at the soon to be location in 2017

Seems like every eating establishment is making it's way to Tuscaloosa, from burgers to steaks to chicken to Shushi, you name it and it's making it's way to our front door. So when it was announced that Steak and Shake would be coming to Tuscaloosa sometime in 2017, everyone I pretty excited including myself.

I love me some Steak and Shake, especially when you can get a nice sit down lunch for around 5.00 bucks. This past Friday, the rolling truck version of Steak and Shake was actually on the site where the restaurant is going to be built. The News traveled fast and I just had to make my way down to Skyland next to Zaxby's to grab me a shake.

I will say this, someone forgot to tell the folks working at the truck that this wasn't game day and no need to jack up the prizes. But it was good to enjoy a nice cool chocolate shake and fries, I'm really looking forward to the day it opens.
