It was 30 years ago when Whitney Houston’s self-titled album Whitney Houston went to number one on the U.S. album chart. This is my favorite Whitney Houston album, it has a certain spirit about it.

When I listen to this album I feel like Whitney is in the room singing her heart out to me. The album is full of great songs. These are songs that will stand the test of time. The album was number 1 on the charts for 14 weeks.
