Troy – Jul 4, Troy. City of Troy 4th of July Celebration. 334-670-2283. www.troyal.gov. Veteran’s Memorial Stadium on campus of Troy University–Bring your lawn chairs to enjoy one of the largest spectacular fireworks show in the area.

Montevallo – Celebrate Independence Day 1776! See the stories of America’s founding come alive with period re-enactors such as Patrick Henry and Abigail Adams. Play Colonial games, drill with the Continental Army, enjoy patriotic music, fireworks and more.
