Gamedays in Tuscaloosa are never short on entertainment and things to do, but this weekend's matchup of undefeated teams is bringing even more to town.

No. 1 Alabama and No. 6 Texas A&M will kickoff at 2:30 PM inside Bryant-Denny but there will be plenty to do before the main event.

We've put together a list of seven things to see and experience before the biggest game in college football starts on Saturday.

    Fridays at the Free

    Friday, 11AM - 2PM

    BamaOnline senior analyst Travis Reier and Tuscaloosa News writer Aaron Suttles will broadcast live from Innisfree Irish Pub for Fridays at the Free presented by Avondale Brewing. The show is live on Tide 102.9/100.9 and there will be lunch specials and prizes to give away.

    Get Your Picture with the CFB Playoff Trophy

    Friday, 1-2:00PM

    The College Football Playoff Trophy will be on display at the Walmart on Skyland Blvd from 1-2PM on Friday. Stop by and get your picture taken with the trophy that already resides in Tuscaloosa and will hopefully stay right here for another season.

    Tide Tipoff Event

    Friday, 6PM

    The second Tide Tipoff Event will take place inside Coleman Coliseum on Friday night and it's the first chance to see the Alabama men's and women's basketball teams. There will be a 45-minute autograph session followed by a variety of on-court activities including team introductions, a dance contest, a skills competition, a three-point shootout and a dunk contest with celebrity judges. Tickets are $5.

    ESPN College Gameday

    Saturday, 8-11:00 AM

    The popular ESPN college football show will make its first visit to Tuscaloosa in 2016. Hosted by Alabama alum Rece Davis, the informative and entertaining television show will broadcast live from the Walk of Champions on the north side of Bryant-Denny Stadium. The show starts at 8AM so get out there early with your sign if you want to make it on TV.

    The Tide Tailgate Show

    Saturday, 9:30 - 11:30AM

    The Tide Tailgate Show presented by Yuengling starts a full day of pregame coverage on Tide 102.9/100.9. The two-hour show will broadcast live from Rounders on the Strip and it's the perfect spot to start your gameday. Join former Alabama All-American Mike Johnson, SEC Network's Mick Gillispie, and Tide 102.9's Ben George on Saturday at 9:30AM.

    Heisman House Tour

    Saturday, 9AM - 2:30PM

    The Nissan Heisman House Tour will make a stop in Tuscaloosa this weekend to give fans a chance to see the interactive set and meet former Alabama players Trent Richardson and Barrett Jones. You'll see the house built at the corner of University Blvd and Wallace Wade, which is the grass lot where the fraternity houses used to sit on the north side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.

    Football Tailgate at Government Plaza

    Saturday, 11AM - 6PM

    Alabama fans will have a chance to meet former national champions David Palmer, Antonio Langham, and Prince Wimbley at Goverment Plaza in Downtown Tuscaloosa at the Bud Light Down South Tailgate Tour. Get an autograph from the former Crimson Tide players and enjoy music before the game.
