A Night On The Town: Funny First Friday’s

My experience in Tuscaloosa has been pretty cool so far. It was a culture shock at first, but I think I'm starting to fit in pretty nicely.

Last night, my co-worker, Keshia invited me out to Funny First Friday's at Archibald and Woodrow's. I enjoy laughing so attending comedy shows is one of my favorite things to do.

When I told people I was moving down here, the first thing they told me to do was to go to Archibald and Woodrow's and try the wings. Their advice certainly did not disappoint. The wings were amazing. I'm a sauce girl, and the sauce needs to be bottled.

The comedy show featured several acts from across the country, one lady was from Atlanta. I've always enjoyed female comedians the most, because their topics are easy to relate to. During comedic breaks, they had local rappers and singers performing.

All in all, it was a great night out and it was something fun to do, that had a more mature crowd.
