The White team defeated the Crimson 17-14 in the 2013 A-Day game in front of a crowd around 70,000 Alabama fans. Head coach Nick Saban thought the team's mental intensity wasn't where it needed to be, which might have contributed to the nine total turnovers for both teams.

Following the game, five Alabama players spoke about the team's performance on Saturday. Senior quarterback AJ McCarron completed 19 of his 30 passes for one touchdown and two interceptions while leading the White team to victory.

Defensive back Vinnie Sunseri ended the first half with an 86-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Saban had a number of positive things to say about offensive lineman Ryan Kelly's throughout the Spring.

Wide receiver Christion Jones made a couple catches unofficially, but much of the talk surrounding the junior was about his experience practicing at defensive back this Spring.

Defensive back Nick Perry was a member of the White defense, a unit that forced four interceptions and recovered two fumbles.
