General Mills is playing it safe, because of a potential presence of Salmonella, they are recalling five-pound bags of Gold Medal Unbleached Flour.

As of right now, there has been no direct consumer reports of illnesses related to this product, according to General Mills.

Check your bag of flour and look at the better if used by date, it it has  April 20, 2020, the recall only affects this one date code of Gold Medal Unbleached Flour five-pound bags.
