Another Woman Claims She Was Drugged And Raped By Bill Cosby

Another person accuses Bill Cosby of rape.  Publicist Joan Tarshis in an interview the blog Hollywood Elsewhere, journalist and music industry publicist related an encounter with Bill Cosby in 1969.

Tarshis was a fledgling writer and aspiring actress at the time she visited Bill Cosby on the set of “The Bill Cosby Show”.  She claims Bill Cosby drugged and rape her.  Read more here.
