According to Tuscaloosa Police, 23-year old Keondrae Devon Long, of Tuscaloosa was arrested this morning on a previous warrant for receiving stolen property 2nd degree.  After being questioned about last week’s robbery at the Tuscaloosa Teachers Credit Union, police found probably cause to arrest him for robbery 1st degree.

The suspect in that robbery entered the credit union and demanded money from the cashier, who gave him an undisclosed amount of money. He then left the credit union on foot. The cashier stated she did not see a weapon during the robbery but the suspect made threats. After pictures and video were released, multiple Crime Stoppers tips were received identifying the suspect.

Long was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending a $62,500.00 bond.
