Philadelphia police have charged a 20-year-old man with murder and other offenses in connection with a shooting outside of French Montana's tour bus last week.

According to NBC 10 Philadelphia, the suspect, Frank Briggs, allegedly pulled up in a car and opened fire on a crowd of people who were congregating near Montana's bus. One person, Jowann King, of New York, was shot and killed, while a second man was wounded but survived his injuries.

Briggs is charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault and other related offenses. Authorities have not explained the motive behind the shooting, however, the Coke Boys leader insists he was not the intended target.

Montana also expressed remorse for the victims' family. "My deepest thoughts and sympathies go out to the families of the victims, as well as all of those who were affected," he tweeted following the tragedy.
