An aspiring rapper is fighting for his life after a crazy ordeal over the weekend that resulted in him getting run over by a motorist in New York.

According to the New York Daily News, Jeremiah Edwin Mieses, also known as rapper Jay Meezee, is paralyzed and in a medical-induced coma, according to his mother.

The incident began when biker Christopher Cruz was riding with 30 or so members of his bike club and cut driver Alexian Lien off while on the Henry Hudson Parkway in New York.

In the video taken of the incident, a group of motorcyclists stopp and surround Lien's Range Rover then attack the doors and tires.

Lien subsequently runs over Mieses in a state of panic. Mieses was left him with two broken legs and in a coma.

Afterward, a group of motorcyclists, including Cruz, chased Lien's vehicle for four miles and when they caught up with him, brutally pummeled him in front of his wife and 2-year-old child.

Since the incident, two men, Cruz and fellow biker Allen Edwards, were arrested and charged with damaging Lien's Range Rover.

Cruz was charged with menacing, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child, while Edwards was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and menacing.

Police are still searching for the other motorcyclists who dragged Lien out of the SUV and beat and cut him. Lien received stitches for his wounds and was released from a local hospital.

Lien has avoided criminal charges so far, which has angered the Mieses family, who feel he should face some type of punishment for his actions.

"This man needs to know he hurt someone," said Mieses' wife, Dayanna.

A Facebook page has been created entitled "Justice For Jay Meezee," which shows graphic images of him in a hospital bed.
