Beyonce Throws Hubby JAY-Z a 48th Birthday Bash in Brooklyn

Beyoncé started JAY-Z's birthday celebrations off early this year by throwing him an intimate dance party at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge.

JAY-Z doesn't turn 48 until December 4, but on Monday night (Nov. 27) Beyoncé invited 150 guests that included Fabolous, Angie Martinez, and Omari Hardwick. The party was held in private room overlooking Manhattan. According to an onlooker, there was no cake but the room was filled with bottles of Jay’s “Ace of Spades” champagne and specially crafted cocktails by lothario Albert Trummer.

JAY-Z made his entrance around 12 midnight after he performed his second full concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The party went well until the wee hours of the morning, ending at 4:00 a.m. JAY may have had a long night but he most likely was in a good mood the next day after the Grammy nominations were announced revealing that he is nominated for eight of them.
