Bill To Reduce Penalty For Possession Of Marijuana Introduced In Alabama

I must admit I had to pinch myself when I read about this bill. I asked myself this really happening in Alabama. Then looking at the way the race for the White House is going I guess anything is possible.

Pot smoker’s will be moving to Alabama soon if lawmakers pass a bill introduced by Rep. Patricia Todd that would reduce the penalty for first time marijuana possession to a $250 fine with no jail time and no criminal record.
