A devastating tornado with a reported two-mile wide debris cloud tore through Moore, Oklahoma, on Monday. The infamous Westboro Baptist Church is planning to picket at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa on May 18, 2013. According to the WBC, the protest is planned as a reminder of the EF-4 Tornado that devastated Tuscaloosa in 2011; the church believes that the devastation and loss of life that followed were a punishment from God for the University's permissive attitudes towards same-sex marriage.
