Chris Brown continues to prevail in his ongoing custody battle against his baby mama Nia Guzman over their 2-year-old daughter Royalty.

According to TMZ, a judge denied Guzman’s request for full custody of Royalty and to have Brown under supervised visitation when he’s with his daughter. The judge even denied her request to have the R&B singer undergo a drug test.

Overall, the judge uphold the original agreement which is joint custody with Breezy getting Royalty 12 days a month. Guzman was also denied a raise in her child support, which now stands at $2, 500 a month. Originally, Guzman wanted $20,000 per month, but she withdrew her support petition.

On top of that, the judge ordered Guzman to pay Brown back in attorney fees he fronted her. In the end, Guzman took so many L’s in court, it should be her middle initial. But we digress.

Attorneys for Brown and Guzman has no comment on the matter. We hope they can stay out of the courtroom and be amicable to each other. In the end, it’s not about being petty to each other, it’s all about making sure Royalty is taking care of.
