Looks like Bill Cosby is headed to court!

Only one criminal case has been brought against the man who was once affectionately known as "America's Dad," and because he is waiving his rights to a formal arraignment, he's on track for trial.

If convicted, Cosby could possibly spend the rest of his life in prison, as he's 78-years old and faces a sentence of up to 10 years.

Meanwhile, Cosby maintains that his sexual encounter with Andrea Constand, his accuser, was consensual and that she never told him to stop fondling her. Constand says she was under the influence of a herbal medication given to her by Cosby, which sent her in and out of consciousness. Therefore, while she never said no, she also couldn't give her consent.

It can probably be argued that she shouldn't have taken any medicine that wasn't prescribed to her, but because she did, could any interaction be deemed consensual?
