The Side by Side restaurant in downtown Tuscaloosa will makes its Bacon Brew and Que debut with a two pork options highlighted by their homemade barbecue sauce.

First up are the crispy pulled pork sliders. It's a new creation from the chef that features pulled pork that's finished by frying to provide a crispy outside without losing the succulent flavor. It's topped with the sweet barbecue sauce that's made from scratch in house.

The other dish they'll be serving is a beer braised pork loin. This thing was so tender when we tried it that the meat could barely stay together when sliced. It was cooked perfectly and fell apart with a little pressure on the fork. This pork also pairs perfectly with that barbecue sauce.
