Former Alabama running back Derrick Henry attended the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C., this morning.

The Heisman Trophy winner joined 3,000-plus people at the event, including the President of the United States Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Henry wrapped up the breakfast by delivering the closing prayer in front of national and Congressional leaders.

Following the commencement of the event, the running back shook hands with many of the constituents on stage before receiving a hug from Mrs. Obama and striking the Heisman pose with the President of the United States.

The Heisman Winner will have another opportunity to spend time with the President when the Alabama football team returns to the White House to celebrate its national championship.
