Diddy stopped by the 'Arsenio Hall Show' Monday (Dec. 3) to discuss a myriad of topics including fatherhood and his new channel, Revolt TV.

The mogul said he created Revolt TV in response to a lack of outlets devoted strictly to music.

"[Revolt TV] is about giving a platform for artists, a platform for fans," he explained to Hall. "We were hurt when your show went off because we didn't have no outlets to break acts. So I wanted to have a network that would break future talent. These kids are out here controlling their own destiny and they need support."

He also opened up about the death of his father, whom he lost at the age of 3. The Bad Boy Records leader acknowledges that his father’s spirit is alive within him and how he maneuvers in business.

"The way he dress, his whole charisma, his style, his swag... I celebrate him, it’s in my genes, he had a hustler’s spirit," he says. "That’s why it’s so important for me with my six kids to let them know that I’m there for them."
