Do Blacks Really Care About Blacks Killing Blacks

When a black person is killed by a black person where is the level of rage in the black community we see when a white does the shooting?

When whites  do the killing we call it a hate crime, tear up the city, loot, march for days and do whatever we have to get justice.

What message are we sending when we are silent when a black person is killed by another black person?  I think we should be even more outraged about our own killing our own.
