Water is free it has no calories.  Water is one thing that the body can’t do without for long.  Just how much water should we drink a day?

That’s a question that I have ask doctors a few time but I have never received a definitive answer.

I personally hate just plain water. So I look for alternative ways satisfy my body’s need for water.  I found that Kool Aid, coffee, tea and some juices all count toward daily water intake.
