Dog Named ‘Trigger’ Shoots Owner

A northern Indiana woman is recovering after being shot in the foot by her dog.

And the dog's name? Trigger.

According to msn.com the woman laid her 12-gauge shotgun on the ground without the safety on while hunting.

Trigger, stepped on top of the shotgun and shot her.
The woman was shot in the left foot at point-blank range, suffering injuries to her foot and toes.

Now how ironic is that?

Trigger steps on the trigger and shoots his owner. Maybe he should have been named Fido.
