It was 5:15 in the afternoon Thursday and HUNDREDS of people were out say the Tuscaloosa Police. The incident happened at Snow Hinton Park when several shots were fired during a drive-by shooting.

Flag football practice was taking place, in the center of town at the intersection of McFarland Boulevard and Hargrove Road. Many people were walking around the park for exercise of on the playground with children according to Stephanie Taylor with the Tuscaloosa News.

One man suffered a gunshot wound to the leg telling investigators that a small, white car sped through while firing shots from the car window.

Tuscaloosa Police have obtained a warrant to charge Kelvin Colby, 21, with attempted murder. Kelvin Colby has not been captured, he is five feet, seven inches tall and around 140 pounds and is considered armed and dangerous.
