As warmer weather moves into Alabama, it's time to start looking forward to family time outside! How about taking the family to see a movie under the stars?

Tuscaloosa Transportation Museum presents: The 2013 Outdoor Movie Series!

Each Friday night at 8, you're invited to bring snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, blankets, chairs, and grandma to the movies! They'll be shown on a 45-foot inflatable theater screen, set up atop the old Queen City Pool behind the Transportation Museum, located at 1901 Jack Warner Parkway.

Here is the schedule for the remainder of the season.

Friday, June 7: “North by Northwest”
Friday, June 14: “It Happened One Night
Friday, June 21: “Airplane!”
Friday, June 28: “The Goonies”
Friday, July 5: “Cloud Atlas”
Friday, July 12: “The Train”
Friday, July 19: “The Time Machine”
Friday, July 26: “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”

Admission is $5 per group up to seven people.
