Here is another installment leading up to our Bacon & Brewfest on Nov 1st. Beer battered wings sound difficult but they're not. Get your grease up to at least 350 degrees. Then start with your wings cut and washed and patted dry. Then lightly season to taste.

Then add 1/2 cup (4oz.) of favorite brew to 1- 1/12 cups flower and blend together until smooth batter(may have to add more flower) consistency.

Then set up breading station(or use plastic plates) add flower to one plate and season with salt and pepper,  then have your batter ready. Cover wings in flower then dip in batter and directly place in fryer.

Cook wings about-8-10 mins or until golden brown. Drain wings, hot sauce them (if you like) eat, have nice cold brew and enjoy.
