On February 2, 2009 Eric Holder became the first Black man to be confirmed as United States Attorney General.

Presidential hopeful Hillary Clintons first ad in South Carolina features the former attorney general talking about the fact that he has worked with Hillary Clinton on President Barrack Obama’s cabinet and has known her for nearly a quarter century.

Holder says that Hillary Clinton has “fought her whole life for children, to protect civil rights, voting rights.” He also says that she working for police accountability and tougher gun laws.

According to Hilary Clinton’s campaign the ad is part of a week-long buy.
