First Day of Summer Day Camp

Once I left work today,  I went to pick up my daughter from Summer Impact Day Camp.  It was her first time going to any kind of camp.  So,  I was eager to see her reaction. 

I knew they'd gone to the library today,  and when I arrived to pick her up,  I was notified that they'd be getting wet tomorrow. Very exciting for 5- to 13-year-olds.

I entered the gym and smiled,  seeing the guys shooting basketball while the girls congregated in a corner to practice gymnastics.

A few of the campers enjoyed a friendly game of Scrabble.

All in all,  it seems like they had a good day.  I'll be volunteering here after work throughout the summer.  So,  it'll be interesting to see what tomorrow holds.
