With the MLK holiday on the horizon, at least one celebration of his legacy is being organized by a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan. No, this is not a joke.

A USA Today Network affiliate says John Abarr is a reformed man who wants to honor and celebrate all minorities. So, he's working with the NAACP, LGBTQ supporters, and local back leaders to host a Martin Luther King Day celebtation at First United Methodist Church in Great Falls, Mont.

While Abarr's actions show him to be a changed man, many believe him to have ulterior motives. In recent years, rather than remove himself from all KKK association, he's attempted to launch a new chapter of the KKK to include all races, religions, and sexual orientations. This guy definitely gets the side eye for that!
