Chilly temperatures have prompted the National Weather Service to issue a Frost Advisory in effect for much of north Alabama. 

Many counties in our listening area are impacted by the advisory; you can read the full text of it below.

A Frost Advisory means that widespread frost is expected.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
