A U.S. Capitol Police officer stands guard in front of the U.S. Capitol Building this morning after Congressman Stephen Joseph Scalise - United States House of Representatives Majority Whip and representative for Louisiana's 1st congressional district, was shot in the hip this morning along with congressional staffer Zack Barth, two Capitol Police Officers and the gunman at a practice in Alexandria, VA for the Annual Congressional Charity Baseball Game - No word from NRA at this time.
