Holiday Drinkers Beware

This is the time of year when we have more parties, more stress, and socialize more than we care to.  It’s the holiday season.  We will see family members we don’t really care to see.  We will see people that you haven’t seen in years.  And of course we will consume more alcohol.

We will do more entertaining, attend more parties and events than we do the rest of the year.  As a result we tend to eat more, drink more and drink more alcohol.

For holiday drinkers and occasional drinkers this can be an extremely dangerous time of year.  Holiday and occasional drinkers have a lower alcohol tolerance and often underestimate the level of impairment and drive when they shouldn’t.

Holiday Drinking: Keep It Safe is something you should read.
