‘Horseplay’ Leads To Shooting Of 15-yr Old

A 15 yr-old boy was shot in the chest while 'horseplaying'  with a gun with family members. According to al.com police first thought the youth shot himself.Later it was learned that 3 other family members were in the room when the teen was shot.

Hello..what are teenagers doing playing around with a gun first. Second, did they think at all that playing with a gun someone could get hurt? Obviously not.

Now investigators are planning on charging the 29-yr old family member due to negligence.

They found that the 20-yr old and the 15-yr old were horse playing with the gun when it went off.

The 15-yr old is in serious but stable condition. Full Story
