How Can I Get Rid Of Unwanted E-Mail

Am I the only person receiving unsolicited e-mail on a regular basis?  It took me the better part of two-hours to unsubscribe to hundreds of unsolicited emails from cooking sites, dating sites, insurance sites, and press releases from the unknown.

If I get another e-mail offering diet pills, magazines and coupons I might shot the computer. Now here’s the catch. I have done a little research and found that most of the e-mail I referring to is spam. According to askleo.com since I didn’t subscribe there isn’t anything to unsubscribe from.
