Huntsville Woman Sues Walmart And Hershey!

We all know that foods have expiration dates. But whose responsibility is it to make sure you don’t buy food that’s beyond the expiration date.  Some would argue that it’s the store and some would say it’s the consumers. I always check the expiration date before I buy.

A Huntsville woman is suing Walmart and Hershey. According to al.com she became seriously ill after eating a piece of candy that was nine months beyond the expiration date.  After you’ve read this story tell me what you think.
