Infant Found Frozen To Death In Backyard

I was deeply saddened when I read this story of a 3 yr.old that was reported missing only to be found frozen to death in the backyard wearing a diaper.

Police say that 3-year-old Elijah somehow wandered outside his grandmother’s home around 4 a.m. wearing only a shirt and a diaper and was locked out of the house.
