Beyoncé and JAY-Z are currently entertaining crowds overseas on their “On the Run II” tour, but fans on social media are more interested in the R&B superstar’s physique.

In a viral clip captured from Beysus and Hova’s show in Rome, Italy, over the weekend,  it looks as if Bey is rubbing her belly after she performs their 2002 hit “Bonnie & Clyde (Me and My Girlfriend).” The video has prompted fans to suggest that Beyoncé is possibly pregnant –– again.

In another clip, Beyoncé is wearing the same outfit, and her belly appears to be swollen. In the caption, the person writes, “is she bloated or just pregnant?”

If Beyoncé is pregnant, this would be her fourth child after giving birth to her twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, last year.

Fans on Twitter have been posting conspiracy theories suggesting that since Bey and Jay love the number 4 that a fourth baby is expected. Since the hip-hop couple was married on April 4, 2008, and they shared the same birthday number (she was born on Sept. 4, and Jay’s is Dec. 4) its seems plausible that baby No. 4 is on the way.

Beyoncé and JAY-Z have yet to confirm that they are expecting a new member in their family, and this isn't the first time pregancy rumors follow Bey while she was on tour. In 2013, Queen Bey was hit with several pregnancy rumors while overseas during the "Mrs. Carter World Tour." Some publications claimed to had confirmed the pregnancy thanks to "sources," but she finished the tour as expected with no bun in the oven. If we had to take a guess, Bey might have had a big bowl of pasta leading up to Sunday night's show.

Meanwhile, Beyonce and Jay-Z are among the headliners for the 2018 Global Citizen Festival in South Africa in honor of Nelson Mandela's 100th birthday. The "Mandela: 100" event will take place on Dec. 2. Other performers include Pharrell Williams and South African artists D'banj, Sho Madjozi, Tiwa Savage and more. Oprah Winfrey will deliver the keynote address.
