Is It Anything We Can Do To Stop The Violence

This is so scary! Is it safe to go anywhere? No it’s not. When I heard about the shooting in Louisiana, terrorism was my first thought. As soon as that thought crossed my mind the news reporter said terrorism had ruled out.

But the definition of terrorism is “the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.” I don’t know why this man walked into this theater shooting and killing innocent people.

What I do know is that we now have an entire nation of people terrified by random acts of violence in the work place and public places. We are asking where and when will this happen again?

What troubles me the most, it looks like we can’t stop it!
