Continuing my thoughts on last weeks rash of shootings across the country. Really makes me reflect on how we need to just really come together, as a city, as a community. There was a prayer and rally that took place here in Tuscaloosa with hundreds in attendance.

It was the City of Tuscaloosa giving back in some kind of way. Fred Schukert director of Tuscaloosa prayer Network organized the prayer vigil to honor all lives lost and most importantly those affected by last weeks events.

Sometimes events live this no matter how big or small is a bit of relief. Just when you think things could be a little better and on their way to mending something else happens, as two Bailiffs and a gunman was killed today in Berrien Mich. at a courthouse, which tells us things are far from being over and we as a country needs help.

The Violence just continues to escalate though out the country. But is Prayer really the answer, is all the rally's and protest and Lives matter really the answer. Well this can't continue for ever, it has to stop and we'll find the answers soon enough.
