Soul crooner Jaheim marks his return to the R&B game with his just-released single, 'Age Ain't a Factor.' The last time we heard from him was three years ago in 2010 with his fifth LP, 'Another Round.'

The New Jersey native sounds better than ever on 'Age Ain't a Factor' with smokey vocals reminiscent of the late Teddy Pendergrass. The smooth ballad is also reminiscent of his previous hip-hop soul hits like 'Put That Woman First' and 'Anything.'

On the song, which samples the Isley Brothers' classic ballad 'Groove With You,' Jaheim complements his lady love on aging gracefully.

"You're like a wine, you get better with time / Got your Nia Long on / This is your song / You are so fine / From everything that you wear / You're kind of beauty is rare / And I swear, you get better-looking every year," he sings.

Throughout the track, Jah compares his partner to ageless starlets like Stacey Dash and Vivica A. Fox.

On the chorus, he croons, "I can't believe with time, girl, you are getting better / Looking like a picture of the morning after / Your story gets more pretty with every chapter / More and more attractive / Age ain't a factor."

Word has it that Jaheim is working on his sixth full-length album. If that's the case, then we can't wait to hear what he's bringing back to the game.

'Age Ain't a Factor' is a lovely soul ballad that the ladies will surely appreciate. Welcome back, Jaheim.
