Kicking off what will undoubtedly be a night of many wins to come, Kendrick Lamar took home the Grammy for his critically acclaimed album To Pimp a Butterfly in the Best Rap Album category at the 2016 Grammy Awards on Monday night (February 15).

Kendrick beat out J. Cole's 2014 Forest Hills Drive, Dr. Dre's Compton, Drake's If You’re Reading This It's Too Late and Nicki Minaj's The Pinkprint.
