Defendants in a class-action concussions lawsuit want the case to be dismissed amid fear that the suit could kill high school football programs.The Illinois High School Association says it's doing what it can to improve head-injury management.  This comes in response to the November lawsuit that seeks court supervision over how high schools manage head injuries.  The plaintiff's attorney has said improving safety should help football survive, not lead to its demise.
