If you have been feeling bad and couldn’t put your finger on the reason it could be as simple as stress. I never thought about that until I went to the doctor last week.

I just wasn’t feeling right, and after a conversation with my doctor he told me he felt like it was stress.  He went on to explain the many ways stress can and will affect you mentally and physically.
