What are these? SOME of the purchases my daughter and I made during Lemonade Day!

We got up and out early today to support Lemonade Day.  I'd told my friend Tamaria that I'd stop by her daughter's stand at Headliner's Barbershop on Lurleen Wallace Blvd in Northport. So, that was our first stop.

Let me tell you... Tori is a hustler! (Not surprising if you know her parents.)  At her lemonade stand, she also sold chips! A cold, sweet drink and a salty treat together?  Who could say no to that?

On our way to the radio station, we made a stop at the Children's Hands On Museum, where one of the employees' sons had a stand.

He was a very small one. Too cute!

I had no intention of stopping again because I was running out of cup holders in my car.  However, leaving his stand, we saw another that was in line of the way we were going.  So, we stopped one last time.  2420 on 6th St downtown is the location where a group of young ladies from Safe Haven Church are selling lemonade to support their church's youth group.  Their lemonade was delicious, too!

So, now, we're in the studio lemonade wasted, but it was awesome to support the children of our area while also showing my daughter how other children are running theirs so she'll know how much work goes into running her own in the future.
